absolutely shocking that I had to lug my bags one floor because the elevator only goes to the fourth, how quaint. I also endured a room filled with fragrances that were so overpowering I almost gagged. After my dreadful experience, I expected a complimentary gesture or upgrade, but no, just plain old disappointment with a side of awful.

i stayed in a double room and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern decor. the breakfast was simple but included tasty options like fresh pastries and scrambled eggs made to order. the location was superb, just a short walk to the santa justa elevator and other attractions, making my time in lisbon much more enjoyable compared to my previous visit.

It was just a proper fit for a brief hiatus in Lisbon with real value for money. The lively street life and great eateries nearby added to the experience. Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for less noise.

After a long flight, it was such a treat to have easy check-in at any hour and enjoy a lovely surprise of breakfast. Unwinding on the rooftop terrace while soaking in the sun was a highlight. Having a cozy space to reconnect with my family made our stay special. Just a heads up, some areas had slightly uneven steps, so watch your step, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful experience! 😊

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
A cozy two-night stay spoiled slightly by the smaller room size. Elevators only reach the fourth floor, so be ready to carry your bags. The location is vibrant and lively. great eateries close by. Consider requesting a room on a lower floor for easier access!

great amenities but access could be better
I enjoyed the excellent breakfast options with scrambled eggs upon request. a treat that was more than satisfactory. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, making the stay truly enjoyable. Our room had a delightful city view that added a charming touch to our experience.
The elevator access was not ideal, requiring us to carry our bags one flight.

missingWrote a review on Apr 17vibrant localechic designrestricted privacy
The location offers vibrant street life with plenty of dining options at your doorstep, perfect for a culinary adventure. The common areas have a chic design that creates a cozy ambiance for unwinding after a day of exploration.
The layout complicates access, as the reception on the fifth floor requires navigating stairs, making it awkward for handling luggage. Rooms feel cramped and bathrooms lack sufficient privacy, leaving you exposed to those outside. Noise from the street can be disruptive, especially if you're tucked in on lower floors, and the breakfast selection doesn't quite live up to expectations compared to other hotels nearby.
